Finance & Operations Coordinator

Description:

We are seeking a Finance & Operations Coordinator to support the financial and operational
aspects of our Archives business. This role involves tracking profitability, managing expenses,
overseeing key projects, and ensuring accurate billing. The ideal candidate will be highly organized,
proactive, and able to coordinate effectively across finance, operations, and sales teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor financial performance, track expenses, and support cost control.
  • Oversee key customer projects, ensuring contract alignment and smooth execution.
  • Manage monthly invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal teams using Total Recall (inventory system).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
  • Strong financial analysis, billing, and coordination skills.
  • Experience with inventory or records management systems (Total Recall is a plus).
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
