Operations representative

Description:

We are looking for an operations representative, an organized and detailed oriented person with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

This is the ideal position for someone that is looking for a stable position with an established company. We are looking to provide a safe and steady position; our intention is to hire people for the long term. This position has the potential for growth within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • First to response to all the incoming communications via phone calls and emails.
  • Scheduling appointments for technicians and maintaining updated records of
    performance.
  • Managing the service orders CRM board with updates on each job at any given moment.
  • Keeping track of the service orders and communication with customers.
  • Provide an exceptional first impression of our company, product, and mission.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Warm attitude and good listener.
  • Comfortable with CRMs and willing to learn new technologies.
  • Proficiency with Excel and Word.
  • You are a self-starter with a desire to learn and grow.
  • The ability to connect with and build rapport with different types of business
    personalities.
