IT Application Support
Description:
We’re looking for an Application Support team member to provide technical support for the
maintenance of the app, software, other organizations’ technological systems and human support. That
relates to helping the end-user understand how to use the application or system and help solve any
issues.
Responsibilities:
- Handle Tier 2 helps with desk tickets, solving the ticket for the end user.
- Identifying and assessing technological solutions.
- Working with cross-functional teams.
- Maintaining records and writing reports.
- Identifying and troubleshooting software issues and reports them to the software developer groups.
- Other duties may be added and/or assigned as needed.
- Very good English skills, both in writing and speaking.
Qualifications:
- Windows server 2012.
- Experience in production software releases.
- Knowledge of programming languages like C# or JavaScript
- Familiar with SQL Server 2016 on backup or snapshot is a must.
- Office 365 Apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams etc.)
- File server knowledge.
- Troubleshooting skills.
- Experiences with IIS tracking logs and site configuration.
- Ability to learn and understand IT management software.
- Familiar with HTML/CSS, is a plus.
- Ability to communicate technical information, both verbal and written to a wide range of end-users.
- 1 or more years’ experience working in a Windows environment
- Familiar with JIRA is a plus.
