Sales Assistant

Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support a dynamic
sales team in delivering high-quality solutions to both commercial and residential clients.
This position is focused on coordinating essential sales activities, managing data, and
assisting with initiatives that support business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Compile, organize, and maintain data lists for outbound marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Update information from existing software and company records, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Contact potential clients to confirm contact details.
  • Assist in proposal development, scheduling and client follow-ups.
  • Organize and maintain records in Microsoft SharePoint for easy access by the team.
  • Support credit card collection, data entry, and other administrative tasks for the sales team.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales support, administration, or customer service is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SharePoint, with ability to manage spreadsheets and organize data effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools is advantageous.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
