Sales Assistant
Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support a dynamic
sales team in delivering high-quality solutions to both commercial and residential clients.
This position is focused on coordinating essential sales activities, managing data, and
assisting with initiatives that support business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Compile, organize, and maintain data lists for outbound marketing and sales campaigns.
- Update information from existing software and company records, ensuring data accuracy.
- Contact potential clients to confirm contact details.
- Assist in proposal development, scheduling and client follow-ups.
- Organize and maintain records in Microsoft SharePoint for easy access by the team.
- Support credit card collection, data entry, and other administrative tasks for the sales team.
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales support, administration, or customer service is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SharePoint, with ability to manage spreadsheets and organize data effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools is advantageous.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
