Virtual Surveyor Estimator
Description:
Perform virtual surveys for residential relocation activities. Adheres to all policies and procedures of the
company and ensures compliance with all applicable federal and state laws. Represents the company
with the highest level of integrity, respect, honesty, and professional courtesy.
Responsibilities:
- Moving & storage or relocation experience preferred.
- Proficient in using video conferencing tools and remote surveying technology.
- Ability to quickly multi-task across multiple software systems simultaneously.
- Professional, articulate, and possess a sales or customer service background.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with clients professionally.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to maintain accurate records.
- High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of three years’ sales or customer service experience.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends and/or alternative shifts is a plus.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality service and exceeding client expectations.
Qualifications:
- Performs accurate virtual moving surveys for individuals moving locally, interstate, interstate, or internationally.
- Follows survey guidelines are established by the Company and/or in accordance with client.
- Completes virtual surveys in an accurate and timely manner. Gather accurate and comprehensive information regarding the volume, weight, and condition of household items. Maintains a calendar of appointments. Monitors e-mail and voice mail for customers and company communications.
- Attends all meetings, conferences, and training seminars as required.
- Utilize appropriate software and tools to document survey articles, pack materials and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards throughout the surveying process.
- Performs other duties, and tasks, as assigned.
